Compact Underfloor Heating delivered a fully integrated underfloor heating solution across a 22-apartment development at 317 Finchley Road, London. The system was designed to provide efficient, responsive heating while integrating seamlessly within multiple floor build-ups across the scheme.
The installation incorporated a range of construction methods to suit varying structural and height requirements, including foil-faced grooved chipboard systems, Unitop decoupling boards, and Compact Inverse PE-RT pipework.
Danfoss auto-balancing manifolds and heating controls were utilised to ensure efficient system performance and balanced heat distribution across all apartments.
Compact Underfloor Heating was responsible for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of the complete underfloor heating system.
