Project Overview
Compact Underfloor Heating provided full underfloor heating and floor build-up for a sympathetic refurbishment of a pre-existing listed building, forming part of an award-winning collection of penthouses, duplexes and apartments. The development is set in a 2.5 acre site with communal swimming pool, two cinemas, concierge and beauty salons etc.
Project scope of works included full design, supply, installation and commissioning of a multiple floor build-up solutions for basement and upper floors, including our innovative adjustable pedestal solution which provides a lightweight integrated floor raising and levelling option which can be installed rapidly and accurately on rough substrate. Floor build-up specification included Knauf acoustic insulation, Compact grooved insulation, spreader plates and Compact hydronic 16mm heating pipe to provide an optimal heating solution for bespoke site conditions.
All onsite works were delivered by our onsite installation teams who worked in conjunction with site program to ensure that all works were completed to agreed specification and timelines in line with client requirements.
