Project Overview
Compact Underfloor Heating provided hydronic underfloor heating and full floor build-up for this prestigious development comprising 197 apartments, an 11-screen cinema and associated retail/leisure space.
Early involvement and full design control enabled our design team to develop the optimum specification for this project taking into consideration client budget, building heat loss rates, and required heat provision or each area, as well as site constraints such as access and programming. This resulted in an integrated solution comprising Knauf acoustic layer, Compact Insulation, Compact Hydronic 16mm pipe and Compact Commercial Manifolds, Knauf screed board and Heatmiser smart control systems.
Our professional teams completed all installation and commissioning works in line with client build program without any delays or scheduling clashes with other trades, whilst ‘just in time’ material deliveries to site from our central warehouse minimised onsite storage and marshalling requirement.
