Project Overview
Located in Paddington, London, Dudley House is a high-rise residential complex which consists of No.197 mixed-use apartments. Apartments are located within 22-storey tower and lower 7-storey link block which also comprises a Secondary School, Church and Retail Accommodation.
This project will allow the School to move to a permanent home from it’s temporary location in Brent. The school’s intake at its new home will start at 480 pupils, with an eventual population of 840, including a mixed sixth form.
Compact UFH were tasked to design, supply and install an UFH and Floor solution for the School area which is located within Dudley House. The floor build up consisted of a cradle and batten system complete with insulation and acoustic layer. The UFH package consisted of our advanced PE-RT pipework, Compact manifolds, pumps and isolation valves. Technical submissions were completed and submitted before commencing work on site, while a complete CAD and design package was successfully compiled prior to installation.
