Project Overview
Rossmar School caters for over 100 children between the ages of four and nineteen, with a wide range of learning difficulties.
Compact Underfloor Heating provided full design, supply, installation and commissioning of a hydronic underfloor heating solution for this 4,600m2 new school to include 19 classrooms, multi-purpose hall, changing rooms, associated support rooms, administration and ancillary accommodation.
Our in-house design team completed full calculations and design drawings for this project to determine the optimum layout and system zoning for maximum efficiency and user comfort. Final floor build-up for this project comprised Compact Commercial Manifolds, Compact 16mm Hydronic Underfloor Heating Pipe, circulation pumps, thermal insulation layer and pre-grooved aluminium spreader plates.
All on-site works were completed in line with client programme requirements by fully trained Compact Underfloor Heating technicians, with all QA documentation for each manifold zone available for remote client review and approval prior to screed pour on-site.
