Project Overview
St Patrick’s Primary School, Belfast was formed following the amalgamation of 3x Primary Schools. The Project delivered a total of 21x state-of-the-art classrooms, 2x multi-purpose halls, 1x dining hall and 1x meal kitchen, all of which will accommodate over 500x pupils ranging from Primary 1 to Primary 7. The entire build took under two years to complete and was delivered in 3x stages to cause the least amount of disruption to school activities.
Compact UFH were selected to provide a full design, supply and installation package for this school which had a combined total of over 4000m². Our in-house design team completed a full bespoke heat loss calculation whilst providing a complete suite of design drawings and calculations. Final specification included Compact Manifolds, Compact 16mm PE-RT Underfloor Heating Pipe, Circulation Pumps, Internal Insulation Layer and 500g Screed Membrane.
