Project Overview
Compact Underfloor Heating designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned a full hydronic underfloor heating system and associated floor build-up for this new development of 89 apartments and primary school with nursery unit.
This project required a highly efficient yet cost effective design to enable the end client to control overall spend on the apartments, the profits from which were directly input to the funding for the school buildings.
Compact Underfloor Heating provided a dry floor build-up system which could be installed with the minimum labour requirement, quickest installation times and minimum wastage levels, providing a rapid and cost-effective alternative to traditional build-up methods.
Our inhouse design, contracts and installation teams oversaw every element of design, materials supply, onsite coordination, installation, and commissioning, greatly reducing the client input required in the process, whilst also minimising onsite health & safety risk.
